Dear Prospective EMT:

Our applications open every Spring and Fall Quarter. Keep up with our Instagram @highlanderems to know what dates each application cycle opens on! Our fall quarter recruitment just closed, and our spring recruitment will be announced in APRIL 2026. In order to join our organization in the capacity of an EMT, the following must be fulfilled: 

• an NREMT certified EMT (went through schooling program AND took national exam & passed *)

• Possess a REMSA given CA Grey Card 

• A current UCR undergraduate student
